About Our Services

New Foundations Construction LLC is a licensed concrete contractor operating in the state of Arizona under ROC license #353094. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to: driveway installation and replacement, patio and slab pours, sidewalk installation, foundation work, concrete removal, and flatwork repairs throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

All services are performed in compliance with applicable Arizona laws and regulations.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided by New Foundations Construction LLC — whether verbal, written, or submitted through our website — are based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties prior to the start of work.

Scope changes, unforeseen site conditions, or customer-requested modifications after a contract has been executed may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

Contracts & Project Agreements

All work performed by New Foundations Construction LLC is governed by a written project agreement. By signing a project agreement, the customer authorizes the Company to perform the described scope of work at the agreed price. The customer is responsible for ensuring the work site is accessible and that any required permits or HOA approvals are obtained prior to the project start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit prior to material ordering or project scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. The Company reserves the right to halt work on any project for which payment obligations are not met. Unpaid balances may be subject to applicable collection remedies under Arizona law.

Warranty & Workmanship

New Foundations Construction LLC stands behind the quality of our work. Any workmanship warranty is outlined in the individual project agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use, third-party modifications, acts of nature, tree root intrusion, ground shifting, or failure to follow provided cure and maintenance instructions.

Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Foundations Construction LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that project.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
